Refund and exchange policy

 

For complete customer satisfaction, contact our Customer Care team at contact@myfreshbod.com for any issues. Include your order number and request in the subject line. Refund/exchange requests must be made within 10 days, with proof of purchase. 

 

Assessments are case-specific, processed only for unused products. Unused items may qualify for an exchange or full refund (excluding shipping). Buyers cover return shipping. Ensure careful packing to avoid damage. 

 

For damaged products, email us within 10 days at myfreshbod@gmail.com with your order number and "Damaged Product" in the subject line, attaching photos. We may offer a refund or a free replacement upon inspection with shipping cost on us. Abuse of our policy may lead to transaction restrictions. 

 

Exceptions: no returns/refunds on discounted/sale items, promotion-purchased products, gift cards, or third-party items.

 

Upon issuing a refund, it will be credited to the original form of payment on your order. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is initiated. Please allow 2-10 Business Days for the funds to reappear in your payment method, depending on your financial institution.

If you have not received your refund after 10 Business Days, we suggest contacting your financial institution to track the status of the refund.
